Terms and Conditions:
- The product in the form of liquid must be returned to Seller (buyhomedevice) with proper packing.
- Products being returned should be in good condition otherwise it will not be accepted by the Seller (buyhomedevice).
Products that cannot be returned
The product that is in unsealed/opened/used condition. - Products marked as non-returnable.
- All temperature-controlled products (like Insulin, Injection, Temperature Controlled Eye Drops, Chocolates etc.).
Undergarments as this category is excluded from our general return policy due to hygiene reasons.
Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link/button.
- You will be able to cancel an order till the time it is dispatched from the seller. In case you are unable to cancel an order from the app or website, you can reject the order at doorstep.
Refund Policy:
Refund against Cancellation: Customers shall get Refund against Cancellation of Order or any failed payment by way of credit to the original mode of payment – Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet.

Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 799. There will be a shipping charge of Rs. 50 on order below Rs. 799
- COD (cash on delivery) service will be available as per logistics partner capability and Min Rs 50/- for all COD as collection charges.
Return Process
STEP 1: Once you are sure you want to
return the product, immediately send an email at support@buyhomedevice.com with your Order No. and Product details with your reason for returning
the product(s). Pls note all return requests need to be raised within 3 days of product delivery and all the above mandatory return criteria
have to be met
STEP 2: Our Customer Care team will revert on your Return request email within 24- 48 working hours. We will arrange a reverse pick up for the delivered product.
STEP 3: Please make sure that you have packed the return product very safely (use buyhomedevice original packaging box, or some strong packaging box with sealed tapes) to prevent any loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not be qualified for refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
STEP 4: Hand over the parcel to our pick-up agent.
If reverse pick up is unavailable with particular address, customer has to use courier which is available in their area and ship it. In such cases customer has to bare the shipping charges
The returned parcel will take 7 to 10 days to reach our warehouse. Your patience is highly appreciated.
Once we receive the returned product(s), a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met all the above-mentioned criteria of Return.
If the returned product(s) meets all the criteria for return, then we will initiate your refund within 2-5 business days of receiving the parcel.
